The Nomex Aramid Paper, made by DUPONT, U.S.A., as an insulating material on and Class – C Silicone Varnish under vacuum pressure
impregnation procedure are both considered the state of art in transformer engineering. We have adopted both techniques in our product
to achieve almost ZERO FAILURE while serving various prestigiouscustomers all over India during the last 35 years.
Quality Assurances
We are fully equipped to perform all routine Tests in accordance with I.S. 11171 (Latest Revision) for Dry Type Transformers and also capable to perform Temperature Rise Test as per I.S. upto 2500 KVA Rating Transformers at our plant. We have a very efficient quality control starting from procurement of material to shipment of finished product to guarantee the trouble free operation. Special Test Performed : Short Circuit Test – Three of our 315 KVA distribution Transformers were selected randomly by CESC Limited for Short Circuit Test CPRI, Bangalore in 1991, 1994 & 1998. All three units passed the test successfully. Impulse Test – Our Transformers had successfully passed the Impulse Test as per I.S. several times by Govt. Sponsored Test Laboratory including CPRI, Bhopal for 1500 KVA, 11KV/433V Dry Type Distribution Transformer at 75 KV BIL
